Through this website’s contact form we collect the following data when the user chooses to send us an inquiry:

- Phone (optional)
- Message
- Inquiry language
- Property the inquiry refers to, where applicable
3. Purpose of processing
The data provided is used exclusively to:
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information about properties sent by the user.
- Contact the user regarding the property or inquiry indicated.
We do not use the data for purposes other than those indicated, nor do we use it to build automated profiles.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing the data is the user’s express consent, given by checking the corresponding acceptance box and submitting the contact form.
5. Data retention
The personal data provided will be kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction with the user, unless applicable law requires a different retention period, after which it will be deleted.
6. Recipients and data processors
The data will not be shared with third parties except as legally required. To provide the service we use the following providers, who act as data processors:
- Supabase Inc., as the database and hosting provider.
If an email notification service is activated in the future, the corresponding provider will be added as a data processor and this policy will be updated.
7. User rights
The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability at any time by contacting info@talinaadvisor.com, indicating the right they wish to exercise and providing a copy of an identity document.
The user also has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) if they believe the processing of their data does not comply with applicable regulations.
